The answers people ask support for most often, grouped by where they live in the product.

Billing

When does the trial actually start?

On your first successful build, not on signup — so a workspace you set up and forget about does not burn the fortnight.

Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-term?

Yes. We credit the unused part of the month against the annual invoice, and the new term starts the day you switch.

Who can see invoices?

Owners and anyone with the Billing role. Add a finance contact under Settings → Billing and they will get the PDF without a seat.

Accounts

How do I transfer ownership?

The current owner promotes another admin and confirms by email. Transfers are logged and reversible for 24 hours.

Do inactive members still count as seats?

Only if they signed in during the billing period. Everyone else drops off the invoice automatically.

Security

Where are secrets stored?

Encrypted per workspace and decrypted inside the runner at build time. They never appear in logs, and the UI shows only the last four characters.

Can I require SSO for everyone?

Yes — enforce it per domain, and existing password sessions are ended the next time they refresh a token.

Data

How long are build logs kept?

30 days on Team, 12 months on Business, and you can stream them to your own bucket from day one.

Is there an export API?

Everything the dashboard shows is available as JSON. See the export endpoints in the API reference.

The prompt

Create a help-centre style FAQ with Tailwind CSS in two columns from lg up. The left column is a sticky rail (top-24, self-start) holding a small "Browse by topic" label and a list of category links — Billing, Accounts, Security, Data — each a rounded row with the topic name and a muted count badge, the first one carrying an active neutral-100 background; underneath, a bordered "Still stuck?" mini-card with a line of copy and a dark contact button. The right column is the content: for each category, an anchor-linked heading with a rule under it and two or three question-and-answer blocks, where the question is medium-weight neutral-900 and the answer is relaxed grey prose with the occasional inline link. Give each section an id matching its rail link so the anchors work, and collapse the rail above the content on smaller screens.
