Delivery

Can I change the address after ordering?

Until the parcel is scanned by the carrier, yes — reply to the confirmation email. After that the carrier can usually redirect it for you.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

In the Netherlands and Belgium, yes, at no extra charge. Elsewhere it depends on the carrier and is never guaranteed.

What about customs and duties?

Outside the EU, duties are payable by you on arrival. We declare the true value; we will not mark an order as a gift.

My parcel has not moved for a week

Write to us rather than the carrier. After seven days without a scan we send a replacement and chase the claim ourselves.

Returns

How do I send something back?
  1. Open the returns portal and enter your order number.
  2. Print the label, or show the QR code at a pickup point.
  3. We refund within three working days of it arriving.
Can I return something I have used?

Yes. Knives can be sharpened, pans can be seasoned. If it is genuinely worn out rather than unwanted, talk to us about repair instead.

What about a faulty item?

Send a photo and we replace it the same day, no return needed for anything under €40. Our guarantee runs for ten years on steel.

Do you refund the original delivery cost?

On a full return, yes, at the standard rate. On a partial return we keep the delivery charge, since the parcel still travelled.

Sixty days to change your mind, and we pay for the label within the EU. No restocking fee, and no need to explain yourself.

The prompt

Build a shipping and returns FAQ with Tailwind CSS for a shop. Start with a heading and a muted line naming the dispatch cutoff. Then a bordered rounded-2xl table of delivery options with four rows and columns for service, estimated days, cost and tracking, where free options show a green "Free" pill and one row carries a small "Most chosen" label. Under the table, two columns of accordion questions grouped under headings Delivery and Returns, four questions each, rendered as details elements with hairline dividers and a plus that rotates. One returns answer should contain a small three-step ordered list. Close with a bordered strip holding a returns portal button on the right and, on the left, a line about the sixty-day window and who pays for the label.
