Build a team and roles admin table with Tailwind CSS: a member table with avatar, name, email, role and last-active columns, where the role cell is an inline dropdown that saves on change with a brief pending state. Add a pending-invites section above the table, a seat counter in the header (18 of 20 used), bulk actions on selection, and a confirmation step before demoting the last admin.
