Build a rating summary with reviews in Tailwind CSS: a left column with the aggregate score, the total review count, and a five-row distribution bar chart (five stars down to one); a right column with recent review cards showing the reviewer's stars, name, date and text. Add a filter row (most recent / highest / lowest) above the reviews and a 'write a review' button in the summary header.
